But it says German justice minister gives a mobile phone to the driver as a gift..

 

Girls, you can even be an minister but you can not escape from our charm

 Hahaha!  Uncreative, except the unsuspecting female does not realise he will use the money and the mobile phone to get more money and more mobile phones (you know he has a business {#lang_emotions_unsure}) , therefore creating himself a small fortune in times of serious recession......... if he gets the occasional pink phone he can always "give" that to one of his conquests.{#lang_emotions_satisfied_nod}

I think my original post is not very clear..

The German minister came to Turkey for a diplomatic visit and the driver was the driver given to her while she was staying in Turkey..

I think we can call him as the first ´diplomatic dudu´.
