oğulsunuz konuşacağim  my attempt to say I will speak to your son!

I think it should be  ´oğlunuzla´

It will be better if you say : oğulunuzla konuşacağım- I will speak to your son

I concur I´ll add some points here.

 

"la"/"le" suffix means "with", so "oğlunuzla konuşacağım" means "I will speak with your son".

 

One important thing to notice here is that "oğul" turned into "oğlu". Some Turkish words lost their final vowel when you append a suffix beginning with a vowel. Oğul is one of such words. When you append "unuz" (your) suffix then "oğul" losts "u" vowel, and we got "oğl - unuz". Finally, appending "la" (not "le", because of vowel harmony), results in "oğl - unuz - la".
