It means the swine flu virus is spreading in at least two regions of the world with rising cases being seen in the UK, Australia, Japan and Chile.

Ý believe it wont solve anything unless they close the borders to try to control it, but never the less, how can they do such and we were/are facing a horrible economical situation too and can barely now breathing !

How does the swine flu effect your life or your routine.

Do you avoid crowded places already , no movies, no pools...etc, or do you think they are exaggerating, things go fast true but not that dangerous ?!

I am extra careful with disinfectant at my desk. I wash my hands extra and make sure it´s 30 seconds...with soap.  Don´t touch anything bare handed.  Still, it´s hard to keep the germs away.  People cough, sneeze without covering....or worse yet....they cough into their hands then touch things.

Mostly, I try to make sure my diet is good and I´m not run down.....still.....
