Hello, what do you think about PhD studies in Turkey?

I will go for an exchange as a student of PhD but I'm also thinking about, maybe, full curse in Turkey

If you want to go next study year, there might be a tiny problem.. the entry exam for foreign students who want to attend universities was actually today if i am not mistaken..

Google the word YÖS.. they provide entry exams and other information on entering a turkish university, as well as a list of unviersities that allow foreign students

Bcoz I study political science probably I will choose Ankara (government, political parties etc).
I applied for a scholarship at METU and I'm waiting for decision.
If I will not have this maybe I will decide to come for a full course
