Ingredients

- 300 grams of ´kuşbaşı´-cut meat (lamb or beef, whatever you prefer)

- 1 onion

- lots of green pepper (bell pepper or a hot kind, according to taste, and by saying lots: just how much you prefer in the dish, i usually put about 4 sivri biber and 2 çarliston biberi)

- muuuuch tomatoes

- 3 teaspoons salt

- tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation

- chop the onions and peppers, peel the skin off the tomatoes and cut into cubes

- heat the oil in a cooking pan and add the mid, stir-fry untill brown on the outside

- add the vegetables according to how you cut: first the onions, then the peppers, then the tomatoes

- add salt

- close the lid and cook on small fire.  DONE

The reason I didnt gave exact amounts of the vegetables is that it is a bit according to what you like and also the size of your pan You can obviously add more meat, but I prefer it to be with a lot of tomatoes, others prefer more meat.

You can do the same dish with minced meat, but in that case you stir-fry it together with the chopped onions and pepper, and then add the tomatoes and salt, again, leave for cooking
