My try as a learner: (A mix of literal and modified meanings) 

"Aşka uçma kanatların yanar". Don´t fly in love, your wings (will) burn.

Mevlana der ki: Mevlana says that:

"Aşka uçmadıktan sonra kanat neye yarar"...

After not flying in love (If you don´t fly in love), what´s the use of the wing?
