I am not a native speaker.  I have hear the phase "İyi ki Doğdun" (literally it is good you were born) and some times "sana" is replaced with the person <name>+a/e  ("a" if the last vowel is a/o/u and "e" if the last vowel is i/e)  e.g.   "Orhan´A".    The last phrase may not be that normal to say maybe native speakers can help.   I have heard the engish "Birthday SOng" rendered on a Turkish variety show as follows with the normal melody.
