Yesterday in Turkey the police have arrested the famous singer Tarkan.

As the source informs referring to Associated Press agency the reasons of the arrest are not known yet.

But as the Anatolia News Agency informs the police in Istanbul realized some activities as a result of which not only the singer was arrested. At present the arrested are being questioned.

The source reminds that the police in Istanbul realize such kind of activities very often in order to prevent the illegal drug circulation in the country. Turkey is a transit country for drugs; the latter is being transported from the Near East and Asia to Europe.

Tarkan Tevetoğlu

Tarkan Tevetoğlu arkadaşlar merak etmeyin tarkanda uyuşturucu bulunmamış. . .

Not sure of the exact translation, but I think it´s something like ´friends don´t worry no drugs were found on Tarkan´... maybe someone could translate it better for me please  teşekkür
