I need E - T translation
1.       elenagabriela

dear class, I need an urgent E - T translation for a friend of mine, you can pm me..

 

It is a long and hard way to divorce in this country.

1. you need a lawyer

2. your child will belong to mother because is very little

3. you will can visit the child only if mother permits it; you will have 2 -3 times/ week of visit, more or less, depends of mother

4. you have to decide if your wife can keep the name after marriage or not

5. you have to give a sum of money for mother and child - 1/4 of your salary - you have to prove your salary; this rent will be untill child is 18; if your wife will know your salary id great than you declare, she can ask for a bigger sum of money

6. you have to decide about your goods after marriage, if you want to share with your wife - house, car, land - but this is another thing, it needs to be judged separately, after divorce

7. the divorce will go on 1 year or more, because child

Bu ülkede boşanmak zor ve uzun bir süreçtir.
1.Avukata ihtiyacın var
2.Çocuğun velayeti annesine verilir çünkü çok ufak.
3.Yalnızca annesi izin verirse cocuğu ziyaret edebilirsin.Annenin iznine bağlı olarak haftada 2-3 kez ziyaret edebilirsin.
4.Boşandıktan sonra eşinin senin soy aadını kullanıp kullanamayacağına karar vermek zorundasın.
5.Anneye yada cocuğa nafaka vermek zorundasın.-kazancının 1/4 ü kadar birşey- kazancını belgelemek zorundasın.Bunu çocuk 18 yaşına gelene kadar vermek zorundasın.Eğer eşin, senin resmi olarak beyan ettiğinden daha fazla kazandığını öğrenirse,daha fazla isteyebilir.
6.Evlendikten sonra edinilen mallarla ilgili karar vermek zorundasın.Eğer eşinle paylaşmak istersen-ev,araba,arazi,- bunun davas boşandıktan sonra ayrı olarak görülür.
7.Çocuk olduğu için boşanma bir yıl yada daha uzun sürecektir.

I didnt cook untill now an apple cake, but my mother is an expert..so..I will learn from she...söz
