you can see your child, of course, but if your wife wants she can restrict you to visit him at 2 times per week..it is possible in our country, unfortunately; but if you prove that you are a good father maybe you will visit him daily; anyway your lawyer can tell you more than me; I am divorced too but my child was a teenager when we divorced; the troubles are more when the child is under 10 years

Elbetteki çocuğunu görebilirsin, ama eğer eşin isterse ziyaretlerini haftada 2 seferle sınırlandırabilir. Maalesef bizim ülkemizde bu mümkün. Ama eğer iyi bir baba olduğunu ispat edebilirsen, melki onu hergün ziyaret edebilirsin. Her neyse, avukatın sana benden daha fazla bilgi verebilir bu konuda. Bende boşandım, ama boşandığımızda benim çocuğumun yaşı büyüktü.Eğer çocuk 10 yaşından ufaksa, o zaman sorun oluyor.
