Was deli´s translation not correct then?

Who is that - Şu kim

for deli

Who is this- Bu kim

we say "kim o?" when someone is knocking our door

otherwise we would say "O kim?" (if we don´t see the person) or "Şu kim?" (if we are pointing at the person)
