I think that is the last one...

 

it is very hard to divorce because your child is very little; even you or she start the trial, you need to prove that the marriage cant be possible; you can say that you leave the house and your family..but you need proves and witnesses...anyway the trial can last 1 year or more..and the lawyer will be more and more expensive...very hard and if your lawyer cant speak turkish..very hard...you need a translator and he is so expensive too

good luck but I think you cant divorce soon

          Boşanman çok zor çünkü çocuğun çok küçük, o davayı sen başlatsan veya o başlatsa bile evliliğin sürme imkanı olmadığını kanıtlaman gerekiyor. Evden ve ailenden ayrıldığını söyleyebilirsin ama kanıtlara ve tanıklara ihtiyacın olacak. Neyse dava bir yıl veya daha uzun sürebilir ve avukat çok çok pahalı olacaktır. Çok zor eğer ki avukat Türkçe konuşamıyorsa çok zor. Bir çevirmene ihtiyacın var ve o da çok pahalı. İyi şanslar ama bence yakın zamanda boşanamazsın.
