Parayı daha sonra vereceğim.

 

"the money" is in accusative case here therefore it becomes "para-y-ı"

 Good point. Because Turkish has no definite article, -ı suffix often shoulder the duty of referring to something which has already been mentioned especially when this thing is indirect object.
