My reflection is not very hopeful...

Regarding the response of the people who didn´t know who Adolf Hitler was:  Of course I feel they always pick the most moronic responses to put in these movies/TV shows.  It wouldn´t further the film makers point if they showed all the appropriate responses.

With that said, as someone who grew up in and was partically educated in Germany, Hitler´s acts still haunt my childhood memories even though I learned about it years after it happened.  I have a strong belief that when forgotten, history does repeat itself.  We already see plenty of evidence in amount of people who deny the Holocaust ever happened.  With so much poverty, lack of education and general disregard for human life in the world, it seems we are doomed to repeat this at some point in our future.
