Need pre-feedbacks on writing an essay

I, too, want to write an essay and post it at TC but I don´t know and cannot decide on what to write. I do need:

* some inspiration to choose a topic to write

* suggestions about essay techniques

* reviews after writing

* and finally readers/followers

What and how could I write, for example? Who would read and review it? And who would follow and subscribe to my following essays?

If Turkey is your homeland then I would suggest you write something about Turkish heritage.  If it´s politics (historical or present day) that you wish to write about I would ask you, as a no Turkish member, that you present a balanced discussion in your essay.  I believe this is the best way to inform about the diverse opinions that exist in Turkey.  Whilst I´ve learned alot about conflicting opinions in Turkey, from the many heated discussions here, I would prefer the differences of opinion to be presented in an essay as it´s less confusing (though probably less entertaining).

Of course this will involve reading quite a lot and this can present problems in itself. What to read? Which author? etc.  Some are naturally drawn to reading matter that supports their own views.  I would suggest reading should reflect the different views and then these can be presented in the essay.  Of course you can conclude with your own opinion, but, as I said, a balanced discussion within the essay will give members like myself a more simple format.  It might also avoid the writer from being accused of posting/writing for the purpose of inflaming others.

Good luck!

No pre-feedback, huh? (Only one from peacetrain?) I do swear I will never ever forgive anyone and I will never ever write an essay and, even though wrote one, I will never ever publish it at TC!

Still no pre-feedback? I won´t swear any more. Like a bearded, wise man once said: I am not the mouth for these ears! {#emotions_dlg.satisfied_nod}
