if you say that Ramazan Ayı It will be better. because Ramazan Bayramı will be after ramazan ayı. Teşekkürler.

"ramazanınız" (your ramadan) is enough to make sense:

Ramazanınız kutlu olsun.

or

Islam Alemi´nin ramazanı kutlu olsun
