Hi, does anyone know if the cargo backlog at Istanbul airport has been cleared since the fire please.

I am desperate to send Yakup some documents he needs for when he arrives at Immigration in London. He has his visa now and wants to book his ticket, but I still have his original college enrolment document. I want to courier it to him, but I cant find any information about courier services. I dont suppose anyone in London is flying out to turkey in the next few days? I'm just wondering if someone can help or has any ideas - thanks
