I am applying a visa from Philippines. My friend is inviting me to visit Antalya this coming May. He is processing the letter of invitation and other important docs such as his bank statements, hotel booking and airliine tickets to support my application for visa here. I see here that in Philippines, there is consul office in manila and also in Cebu where we can apply. I am located in Mindanao, is it possible if I apply for my visa in cebu?

Is there anybody with the same nationality as mine who has gone through applying tourist visa from Philippines. I would really love to know more information so I will make everything right...
