Application form question

The application form for the visa says the following:
Soyadı / Surname
Adı / First name
Anne adı / Mother's first name
Baba adı / father's first name..
Blablabla..
My full name is: Esther Theresia Catharina.
Do they mean i only need to fill in 'Esther', or just all my 'first' names? And what about my parents? My mum and dad also have more than 1 name.
--
Uyruk / Nationality
Only my Dutch one or also my British one? (the visa will be put in my British one though).
Meslek/occupation
- Would that be 'student'? I suppose they're not interested in knowing i work in a restaurant, but on the other hand: right now I'm not a student anymore for a few months.
Seyahat amacı / Purpose of visit:
- Just 'for study' or should i give address and name of course and stuff as well?
--
Maybe a bit silly questions, but i want to fill it in very well so that i wont be troubled when i go there in about 3 weeks.
Thanks in advance

I would put all full names,
nationality - where you was born (British as you say)
Occupation - Student and purpose - To study

You write both of your forenames if there is enough space. If there isn't you shorten the second forename with a dot like Deli K.

Hehe! Thank you both.
Erdinç would you mind taking a look at the 'Area of Izmir' thread? I have a feeling you could answer a few of my questions there. Thanks in advance. Deli K.
Oh and i think there is enough space. Do you advice me to write everythin in english or in turkish? (the form is in 4 languages: turkish, english, french and german). But to avoid misunderstandings in Turkish maybe?

Esther.
To avoid misunderstandings re the language you use, I would definitely use the language you write best. Is that English or Turkish? Never mind them, they are equipped to deal with the choices given on the form. I'd say its likely that there will more misunderstandings if you use your third best language!
Obviously I've no idea how good your turkish is, but your english is perfect. Stick to what your best at!
