I think it is asking if something is done - but what???

I have typed is as it was written but I am a bit lost with the translation - think abbreviations may have been used.

It says if something is designed. But it is not Turkish. Could be an abbreviation or a foreign term.

When you look at the word on the internet, it says that it is an Italian word and it means:

1. prayer, 2. request, 3. entreaty.

Could be one of these, if they speak multi-langual.
