çay yapmak
:
I will make tea
shouldn´t that be either ´çay yapıyorum´? or ´çay yapacağım´? ´çay yapmak´ = to make tea

could I help you with dinner? ---> Yemeğe [yemek yapmaya] yardım edebilir miyim ?
most probably they will say "No" as you are a guest, but they will be happy when you help them.
could I help you with washing up [dishes] ? Bulaşığa yardım edebilir miyim ?
