I would stay away from all you can eat marshmallows, not good for your glycemic control and you may regret that soon after! Stay with the low fat, no sugar corn puffs and water!

I am testing on myself a vegetarian diet. No meat, no dairy. Now facing a very low blood pressure and constant headaches.
