Neler yapıyorsun? What are you doing?

Seni çok özledim. I really miss you/I miss you a lot.

Sana doya doya sarılmak isterdim. I wanted to very fully embrace you 

 Hep mesajlarimin bu kisminda aklima beni üzen birsey geliyor sabahlari senden ayrilmak zorunda kaldigim zamanlar beni hep üzdü.

I remember something in that part of my messages which make me sad. Its being hard to leave you in the mornings. It was sadness time for me.

 Translation is fine, and the meaning is there, but we would probably say the last bit somewhat freer in English:

Its being hard to leave you in the mornings. It was sadness time for me.

The times when it was hard to leave you in the mornings were sad for me.
