Hello!

Could you help me to understand the sense of this subheadline?

"15 years ago with robbing a confectionery shop (baklava shop) all eyes were turned with it" I am unsure about the with it phrase at the end... If the eyes were turned with the robbery why is there with it added later??

il ---> province, city

il + e [dative] --> to the city

all eyes were turned to [at] this city [Gaziantep]
