I think that the first part should be:
Ben XXX. (XXX here)
XXX orada var mı? Onunla konuşabilir miyim? (Is XXX there? Can I speak to him?)
The other parts seem ok for me, but I´m not 100% sure - better wait for confirmation from more advanced members.

Thank you, Tunci! When I think about it, I see that "var" did not make any sense there... but somehow I could not resist temptation to put it there - it´s not easy to ged rid of bad habits.

Yes, inscrutable, "Onunla görüşebilir miyim ? " can be used too.
