One thing that could be corrected here is word "seni". "Seni" means "you" when it is an object of some verb, like:
Seni gördüm. -> I saw you (here, "you" is the object of verb "to see")
but
Sen göreceksin. -> You will see (here, "you" is not an object - it is the subject, person who "will see")
Sen onu göreceksin. -> You will see him/her ("you" is the subject, like above, but "he/she" is object -> person who will be seen)
As the sentence goes "...you are beautiful", then "you" is actually the subject. So after this change we get:
Eşim söyledi sen çok güzelsin. <- Also, note "sin" ending in word "güzel" - it means "you are".
Frankly, I am not sure if the sentence above would sound naturally for Turks. Maybe something like this would "work" ?
Eşim söyledi ki sen çok güzelsin.
However, as a learner, I would choose the safer alternative 
Eşim, senin çok güzel olduğunu söyledi. <- Literally "My wife said your-beautiful-being" (your-beautiful-being = "that you are beautiful")
