The postoffice has 3 months to process claims

 

can y ou help me, I absolutely do not know how to say process claim.

´´Postanenin hak iddia etmek için 3 ayı var.´´ could be the correct translation unless there is a special term called ´´processing a claim´´

Considering the above commentary, I need to say that the meaning might vary according to different contexts. As for your question, you can translate ´have/has´ as ´´sahiptir´´, here, the meaning is the same as when you translate ´´I have a cat´´ like ´´Benim bir kedim var´´ or ´´Ben bir kediye sahibim´´. ´´im´´ here means  possession in its simplest way. You are very welcome by the way.
