for learners that might not understand the cartoon

Dog: woof woof

Man: I´m Turkish

Dog: Sorry bro ....

hav hav (this is the word Turks use for a dog´s barking sound)

Havlamak = to bark

If we´re speaking of cartoons already,

could you help me translating this one?

I understand what they literally say:

A: We´ve made a beautiful snowman.

B: Yes/OK, but you probably don´t take this snowman very seriously.

But I really can´t get the point; what´s the sense of this cartoon, what is supposed to be funny here? Maybe I translated something wrong...

This cartoon is not funny. This man´s (Salih Memecan) cartoons are not funny at all.

Nice that you mention the artist´s name. I think we should do this always when quoting articles, poems, song lyrics, anything. There are many advantages in doing so. Our knowledge of Turkish culture would increase. We would show respect to the one who is behind the text. And also, the author would be responsible for his work. Sometimes song lyrics are so lousy I wish to see not the name but the face of the one who wrote it.
