Turkish Words which You Don´t Like (at Least not So Very Much)

Yani.

It’s soooo Arabic. It is used exactly the same way, even pronounced with the same self-appointed tone of voice.

It may sound funny but I am maybe the strictest purist here. Loan words make me feel…betrayed.

I am not selective of words I dislike all words with many ´ı´ letters in as it is the hardest letter for me to sound correctly.

tünaydın! meaning: "good afternoon"

i hate this word.

actually i cannot say it is really turkish, just a made-up non-used word.

it was once used by one or two teachers only at schools when i was a student.

totally thousands of thousands teachers used this wprd in every part of turkey.

i never heard this word outside the school.

one of the many state forced words, i am very glad no one used it and it was forgotten.

A lot of turkish words sound arabic. like "Hayal, zaten, riyhan, yani, tamam, ee, cami, hala, baba," and more stuff its just the language. mostly all the words sound arabic.

Fakat.

Ask. - why? because love sucks-_-

Ok, I´ll give you a bad one:

onlar.

So clumsy. It sounds like they were thinking too long whether they need a plural third person pronoun or not. When they finally made up their mind everything else had been used already and they had to fix something quickly from the old material.
