As far I could understand the meaning ...

Süreklilik

On yıldır bu şirkette çalışmaktayım (çalışıyorum)

I am working in this company for ten years.

Bu caddede sık sık kaza olmakta (oluyor)

In this street car accidents happen  very often.

Yedi yıldır o dairede oturmaktayız (oturuyoruz)

seven years we are living in this apartement .

 

Konusunda onunla ilgili

Açık  çay içmekte hiçbir sakınca yokmuş.

(Apparently) There haven’t been ban in drinking light tea.

Insan resmi yapmakta onun üstüne kimse yok.

Theres no one good as(better than him) him in paintıng portraits.

(Apparently)[I heard that, I was told that] There is no harm in drinking weak tea.

Insan resmi yapmakta onun üstüne kimse yok.

There is no one [as good as him] better than him in paintıng portraits.

Bolca su içmekte fayda var  (Konusunda onunla ilgili)

 

Evde her gün en az iki çeşit yemek pişirmekte (Konusunda onunla ilgili)

 

Buraya sık sık yağmur yağmakta (Süreklilik)

 

Konuşup konuşmakta serbestsin  (Konusunda onunla ilgili)

Bu şehirde yılarca oturmaktalar  (Süreklilik)

 Onunla sık sık konuşmaktayım  (Süreklilik)
