Nazlı is happy to live in Istanbul.

(* I struggled to find a job that could use ´tir´ , but there are a few that use ´tır´, like avukat and kasap)

I am also not sure about the final sentence. 

I´m so happy it was very easy this time but I´m not sure if you use the word "Tabip" or not ?

Süpersin her zamanki gibi Henry !!  Evet, it is not many jobs that harmonic with "tir". I actually wanted to say " mühendis"---> "mühendistir"
