the red ones, mean something like " The" in english , right ? but i don´t understand them well, like yüzümü, why we use it, if we know that we talk about my face ? yüz = face, yüzüm = my face, so the ü for what ?? the same thing for others !!

yüz|üm|ü yıkadım
çanta|m|ı aldım
The blue part tells you that the object is ´mine´.
The red part tells you two things:
1. It is a definite item or thing, not any face or any bag but a certain one.
2. The item or thing is the target of the action. The washing is directed to the face, the taking is directed to the bag. In grammatical terms, it is the object of the action and the name of the case is accusative.

çok tesekkur ederim ablam, sen bana çok yardın ( i hope this is a correct sentence )
but i still have a small question plz ,
for this accusative form, the suffixe is up to the last vowel like : ö or ü = ü a or ı = ı e or i = i o or u = u , right ??!!

Yep.
´to help´ is a compound verb yardım etmek. Conjugate the last part, don´t touch the first part, thus
ban|a yardım et|ti|n ´you helped me´
My pleasure.
