merhaba everyone!

I'm read a lot of good reviews of this cookbook by Özcan Ozan - The Sultan's Kitchen (English version) online. Problem is my fav bookshop has to order it from their main HQ which is 369 km away. There's no sample or display copy available and the online sellers only show bits here and there. Has anyone have this book and is this book covers all turkish cuisine ? Well, I mean authentic recipes of course but i don't mind if the chef has his own family secret recipe included in the book

Thank you

hi MrX67,

OooOOooOoo... I don't want to be the NEXT Glove One (you-who-I-mean ) Maybe i should pre-order a stainless steel glove like those Knights in armour? But I'm used to eating with hands It's kind of fun..and according to local people that eating food with cutleries is tasteless I do agree!

Once i told some people that i eat with hands, they laughed at me, saying it's disgusting and dirty, blah,blah,blah...So, I asked them, "What if you don't have tools or cutleries to eat your food?" What about those KFC Advertisement - Finger Lickin' Goooooooddddd?

Hmmm.. better still..Maybe you can lend me your fingers instead?
