Correct. Furthermore, Skåne used to be Danish, so we still have some Danish words in our dialect that are not understood by many other Swedes. And we pronounce "r" the same way that Danish, French, and Germans. A bit north of Skåne, "r" is pronounced just like in Turkish. But the letter in the alphabet is pronounced "err", not "re"  

My eldest daughter uses Skåne´s "r" when she speaks Turkish. I´m very proud of that
