Merhabba - I have a question about vowel harmony. In the exercise on word mutation - when you add an e to ´kek´ it becomes keke - why is not keğe as in other words that end in ´K´. Also I am not sure what words (nouns) mean when you add an ´e´ suffix to them - does it mean ´to´?

Looking forward to the answer - am so enjoying learning Turkish.

The only way to be sure if a noun stem ending in p, t, k or ç is subject to alternation is to look in the dictionary.

The primary meaning of -e/-a dative is direction, ´to´ as you said, Tass1tea.
