beni beklenen var mı is not correct and does not mean anything.

If it were "beni bekleyen var mı ?", it would have meant "Is there anybody waiting for me ?".

If it were "benden beklenen var mı ?", it would have meant "Is anything expected of me ?.

ben beklemiş olurum is correct and means "I would then have to wait". Imagine someone who can not come to an appointment before 3 PM, but insists that you should be there and ready before 1 PM. When you object, she asks "What is the difference ?", you can then reply "Ben beklemiş olurum !"

I am sorry, here is my  mistake, I wanted to write bekleyenen but..

so, in the first case something is happening at the same time of speaking or around it, and the second one express a conditionale state, something that might happen
