I would like to ask you if there is any way of learning my friend´s home adress....he is living in istanbul,bagcilar and is there any place in Istanbul that i can go and ask for his adress?

IF you know his full name and its correct spelling, you can try the telephone directory.

Inquiries at local Police Station may give you search hints, if not the address.

Do not be taken in by fortune tellers, regardless of the guarantees they may offer.

Try any of the POST OFFİCE STATİONS...says PTT at their entrances.
