i learned "böbrek" and "kemik iliği" and "kök hücre" so that i can explain my job to people. i work in laboratory doing testing for transplants. "nakli". i don´t know if these are the right words because i use google translate

böbrek  =  kidney

kök hücre = stem cell

kemik iliği = bone marrow

transplantation  =  nakil  ---> but if you want to say , for example " kidney transplantation" -----> " böbrek nakli"

in noun phrase, this particular word "nakil" drops the final vowel when it takes a vowel.

nakil ----> böbrek nakli   --> -i  drops
