Merhaba.

I need help with translating this sentence:

İşte, tüm bu sorunlara, psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik programlarından mezun olan psikolojik danışmanlar (ki Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı´nda bu kişilere, öğretmenlik haklarından yararlansınlar diye, rehber öğretmen denilmekte) yardımcı olabilirler.

Actually my main problem is the part in brackets, because the rest is, I suppose:

So, psychological guides (...) who graduated from the Psychological Counselling and Guidance programs can help with all these problems.

The phrase in brackets I understand only partically, but I can´t put it all together: who are called "guidance counselors" so that they benefited from the teacher´s rights, to these persons in the National Ministry of Education.

That´s a very non-sense; I don´t understand who are the "these persons" mentioned in the text. Are they the guides or the students whom they help?

I have a feeling that this part (marked in red) means something like

Who, in National Ministry of Education are called "guidance counselors", in order for them (those teachers) to benefit from teachers´ rights.

Although I can´t explain clearly why I think so I know that "(imperative) + diye" can mean "in order to (action described by imperative) happen", and I suppose that "A´da bu kişilere B denilmekte" means "in A those people are called B" ("in A it is said B to them"), though it is just my guess.

So I´m...... waiting with you for our experts

Postumu kaldırıyorum. Belki bize yardım etmek isteyen bir gramer kahramanı buluruz.

Bu arada, "forum thread"in Türkçesini bilmiyorum - aradım ama bulamazdim :| Bundan dolayı, "post" sözünü kullandım.
