"a" seems gramatically correct but in fact I have never heard anlanmak as the passive form of anlamak even if it should be like that according to the rules. Anlaşılmak is used instead. Thus, this sentence does not sound natural. 

"b" bu cümleyi anlamak kolay değil,  is correct 

"c" this is not true, I have never seen such a usage. 

"d"is correct as well
