Expressing -after-

Merhaba.

I want to discuss all the possible ways of expressing the activity which took place after another. I want to focus on the use of the word "sonra", because in some examples the use of participles seems really ambiguous.

They went out after I had eaten breakfast they prepared.

If I say: "Hazırladıkları kahvaltı yiyince (or yiyip) çıktılar"

Putting yedikten sonra instead of the participle still doesn´t indicate "me" in this sentence.

So now, can I say any of these:

a.) "Hazırladıkları kahvaltı yememden sonra çıktılar"

b.) "Hazırladıkları kahvaltı yediğimden sonra çıktılar"

c.) "Hazırladıkları kahvaltı yediğim sonrasında çıktılar"

??

#edit

Of course I realize we can also "enrich" the sentence with the personal pronoun: Ben, hazırladıkları kahvaltı yiyince çıktılar, but I want to try out the sentences with "sonra" too.

They went out after I had eaten breakfast they prepared.

There are two different pronouns. Therefore just the suffixes mayn´t be enough.

hazırla+dık+ları(possessive of 3rd plural)---->hazırladıkları (that/what they prepare/prepared/had prepared)

hazırladıkları kahvaltı (the breakfast that they prepared/had prepared)

kahvaltı+ı(accusative)--->kahvaltıyı (the breakfast (acc.))

ye+dik+den sonra-------->yedikten sonra (after eating)

ben yedikten sonra (after I eat/ate)

ben hazırladıkları kahvaltıyı yedikten sonra (after I ate breakfast they had prepared)

Ben hazırladıkları kahvaltıyı yedikten sonra çıktılar. (They went out after I had breakfast they had prepared)

No need to comma there at this example.

a.) "Hazırladıkları kahvaltı yememden sonra çıktılar"

Gramatically correct but not sufficient.

b.) "Hazırladıkları kahvaltı yediğimden sonra çıktılar"

yedikten sonra

c.) "Hazırladıkları kahvaltı yediğim sonrasında çıktılar"

completely wrong

To make it sound clear  a Turk would build two seperate sentence instead of one.

 Such as ;

Hazırladıkları kahvaltıyı  yedim. Sonra onlar dışarı çıktı[lar].

Thank you for the detailed explanation! That helped a lot to clear some things out.

Quoting mehmet111

a.) "Hazırladıkları kahvaltı yememden sonra çıktılar"

Gramatically correct but not sufficient.

But why do you say this is not sufficient? What do you mean by this?

I thought it has all elements which are required:

yememden sonra

after my eating after I ate

So what is missing here?

@edit

By the way, I´ve noticed that if I enter a line like "verb infinitive + m + dan sonra" as the literal phrase search in google, I get lots of results from Turkish website where such construction is really used.

One random example: (it was something about fishing)

"İlk durak yapmamdan sonra makinenin kolu tekrar dönmedi. "

After I made the first stop, the "arm" of the machine didn´t spin again.

Maybe it has to do with the semantic difference between infinitives an participles. Generally

                      MAKTAN ÖNCE (envisaged action)

                      DIKTEN SONRA (real action).

-meden önce (before)

-dikten sonra (after)

These are the correct usages.
