Conjunction -de  sometimes used to intensify the meaning when it comes after an adverb or a particle

 


O kadar da soğuk değil. ---> It is not that cold.

 

Bu hiç de iyi değil.  --> This is not good at all.

 

Türkçe hiç de zor değil. --> Turkish is not difficult at all.

 

Çok da güzel bir evde oturuyor. --> He/She is living in a [really] very beautiful house.
