ITU is one of the most popular state universities in Türkiye. I have many freinds who are graduated from ITU and all of them have good jobs. ITU also have a really nice campus and there are many sport and social clubs in ITU. 

You may also think  Bosphorus University in İstanbul and Middle East Technical University in Ankara which are the other members of big three state universities in Türkiye.

I applied to METU cyprus even after 25% scholarship it was far too expensive. I just hope to find some locals there
