This is delicious and very refreshing in the summer if eaten luke warm! Also warming in the winter if eaten hot!

Two medium sized onions. - grated coursely.
Two medium sized carrots. - grated coursely.
Two medium sized potatoes. - grated coursely.
1 tea glass of oil.
1 tablespoon of tomato puree.
1 cup of lentils.
stock veg or chicken. About a litre.
1 table spoon of butter.
Dried mint to taste - I like a lot!

Fry the onions in the oil with the tomato puree untill soft.
Add the carrots, potatoes, lentils and stock.
Gently boil for about 20 minutes - or untill cooked.
Fry the butter in a seperate frying pan and add the mint, careful not to burn! Then pour on top!

Yemek hazir!!!!

This is delicious you may want to play around with the ingrediants to get your prefered taste! You can blend it or serve as it is!
