Six courgetes - grated.
2 onions - grated.
3 eggs.
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper.
2 tsp dark chilli.
2 tsp red chilli.
10 desertspoons of plain flour.

Mix courgettes and onions together and strain off liquid through a sieve.

Add everything but the flour.

Mix well with your hands.

Add the flour untill a dropping consistency, you may not need it all or you may need more!

Shape and fry as little pancakes in about an inch or two of oil.

Makes around 25.
