But most importantly, what tense is "Gideyim" and "Neyleyim" used in? I was super confused. Lütfan bana yardım.

I don´t really know about the original singer of this song but Gökhan Keser also sings it. In fact, he had a duo of it live with Sıla (I found it on YouTube and fell in love with it). 

I wish I had more information on it so if anyone knows more about it please let me know. 

Most welcome. Sıla is one of the most famous Turkish singers from the past 10 years. I think she´s a great artist.
