I think an example would best explain the difference.

Bu kitabı okuyacaksın.

You will read this book.

Okuyacağın kitap budur.

This is the book you are going to read.

So the first is simply WILL , the latter is THAT WILL.

I hope that answers your question.

What´s the difference between eceksin/acaksın & eceğin/acağın?

eceksin/acaksın - you will - the difference is related to vowel harmony

kalkacaksın - you will wake up

beğeneceksin - you will like

eceğin/acağın - I believe these don´t exist

eceğim/acağım - I will

kalkacağım - I will wake up

beğeneceğim - I will like
