It seems that the lessons on this website are free for Turkish who want to learn English: http://www.goethe-verlag.com/book2/TR/TREN/TREN002.HTM 

The Turkish lessons however you need to sign up for. But you can do a free trial for a short period in which you can copy the tekst for your own use. The audio is all free to download.

They are not really lessons, but more practise. Good for getting used to the sounds and expressions.
