telefonda bir kadınyla konuşurken bunu dedi,  "bu konuşmak Kayıt etmektedir" neden "bu sohbetimiz Kayıt ediyor ya da edirir" diye soylemedi?  Ve aynı zamanda "etmekte"´nın son  kelimeyı "te" neden, etmek ile ek olarak kullanılır?

i dont know if you guys can understand my horrible turkish...but why is the last word "te" of ekmekte being used as a suffix and what does that mean? Does it mean in recording? And does the "dir" give it a general meaning?
