what is a cansın?

What does cansın can can mean? I cannot translate this anywhere. Is it a slang?

SuzieCarol  :  Can means normally the soul  , but its used as the love word when we say canım , and the person only  emphasized the meaning of this sweet word  more powerfully by saying can can 2 more times ,- you are the soul

My guess is it´s a name.
